Remanufactured Manual Transmissions: 

At Mick Tighe Mechanical we supply transmissions that have not be rebuilt but remanufactured! 

What is the difference?  Remanufactured transmissions are brought back to O.E. specifications.  Even details such as drain plug threads, cracked or damaged housing, shift housings and bolts re-plated are just the beginning. 

Right from the beginning of the remanufacture procedure stringent examinations and cleaning methods are maintained.  The transmissions are assembled in a purposely built clean environment. 

High problem wear areas are replaced with new components.  Attention to detail and high quality is our aim.  Our remanufactured exchange units come with a 12 month or 20,000km Warranty.

Differential Overhaul Kits: 

The Differential is a major component of any vehicle.  Dealing with high speed, load and temperatures can sometimes cause premature failure.
