Mick Tighe
Mick is the Proprietor of MTM Workshops. 
Mick has extensive experience in the mechanical repair industry having completed his apprenticeship as a diesel repairer in 1992 and has continuously worked in the industry since.  He commenced his own business as a mobile mechanic in 1994.  And then took up residence at our current location in 1995.  Mick enjoys his areas of the motor industry and is constantly developing MTM Workshops to be able to provide his customers with the best service possible.  This is evidenced through opening up areas in the mechanical business of differential and gearbox repairs, 4x4 parts and accessories and most recently tyre servicing.  It is with this dedication and experience that Mick is then able to offer knowledgeable and practical advice.  Come in and meet Mick yourself, his is very approachable.

Adam Bradford
Adam is our experienced Workshop Manager. 

Adam has 12 years working in the motor industry having completed his apprenticeship at and working in the industry in the role of mechanic and then foreman for a major local dealership before joining our team. 

He is extremely focused and confident, with his role critical to our customers and team members. 

Adam understands this position.

Peter Moate
Peter has been an integral part of our team in the role of auto technician since June 2002. 

He is extremely reliable and trustworthy and has recently taken on the lead role in our tyre servicing department using his past experience in this area. 

Peter has taken to this role like a ‘duck to water’ and has been busy sharing his knowledge with the rest of the team.

Joshua Schwerin
Josh is our leading man in the differential and gearbox repair department.  However, his knowledge and skills are definitely not limited to this area. 

Josh started with MTM Workshops as a school based apprentice in 2002 and except for a brief stint at the Gold Coast training with the Titans he has continued on with us. 

He has excelled in all areas of the business and is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent.

 His enthusiasm for his work, and his ‘can-do attitude’ are contagious.

Mark Fishwick
Mark is a much respected and admired member of the team at MTM Workshops. 
He is a qualified Motor Mechanic and has worked with MTM since 2002. 

He is our expert in the diesel repair department. 

His extensive knowledge of diesel systems and ongoing training with the new common rail diesel systems is invaluable. 

Mark is a conscientious and disciplined person by nature. 
He is a hard-working, straightforward and valued member of our team.

Daryn Schwerin
Daryn is our young gun having successfully completed his motor repair apprenticeship with MTM last year. 

Daryn is a dedicated, intelligent technician and continues to impress all who work with him. 

He has enthusiastically developed skills in all areas of our workshop (mechanical / diesel repairs, diff / gearbox repairs, accessory fitting and tyre servicing).

Lewis Allen
Lewis is our third year apprentice and is enjoying the extra responsibilities that each year of an apprenticeship bring. 

Lewis wears a permanent smile and is a valued member of the team.

Leigh Tighe
Leigh is the long suffering wife of Mick Tighe. 

Leigh is our Office Manager and ensures the successful running of the everyday office requirements. 

She enjoys her position immensely and is always willing to help.
